Had a great experience with this store. The owner Michelle was able to fit my condo with with a custom leather couch and a matching end table which nailed the mid modern look we were going for! She also saw to it that the couch was delivered on the date we set up, even though more than one delivery company was using the holiday weekend as an excuse to push back the original delivery date. She spent the time and energy to find a delivery company and get the furniture here, which was awesome since I was having a friends and family over for a Memorial Day barbecue that weekend. My place looked great, I got the compliments I was looking for, couldn't be happier with her taste and talent in furniture design as well as the extra effort put in seeing things through for me!

You can't earn or deserve business treating people the way the owner of this business does. We were in Park City just over week ago to enjoy a birthday/family lunch for my 7 year old daughter. There was an alcohol festival going on so it took up the entire top half of main. My husband pulled over to the side of the road simply to DROP myself, my newborn baby & 7 year old daughter off so we could walk to the restaurant & he would go park the car elsewhere. It took approximately FORTY FIVE SECONDS to unload us so we could be on our way. Not 2 seconds into the drop off, she starts screaming at us, telling us to "get off her property", "you can't park there", "get out of here", "you're trespassing", then starts threatening to call the police on us. What???? Wow. We were in complete shock. We tried to explain we were leaving in a second, that we were just there to be dropped off & get my newborn in her stroller. she absolutely refused to care or listen to us. heck, we could've even been there to shop her design store for all she knew, how dare she treat people in this manner. I could never recommend clients to her if this is the way she treats people. I was livid that my 7 year old daughter had to hear every word that came out of this lady's mouth & experienced the entire situation. It really upset her. We had to explain to her that sometimes even adults throw temper tantrums & have no manners. There were a few other things said to my daughter about this individual that I will refrain from posting here but, my explanation somewhat satisfied my daughter. The rest of our lunch, she would bring it up periodically though. I'm sad I had to explain this lady's childish actions to my daughter. The owner made a complete fool of herself. I feel sad for her because I can't imagine how exhausting it must be for her to be so miserable that she feels the need to treat people with such disrespect. So to you Michele, I forgive you for treating me & my family like dirt. Maybe you should try treating people with kindness & love instead of hatred & vulgarity. Even if you only stepped down off your high horse with the threats of calling the police on people for absolutely ridiculous reasons, that would be an improvement. Just tone it down like 20 notches & chill. I promise that you'll find it makes your life & everything in general a whole lot happier & you'll be less miserable.
